2. Auditorium chair theater chair inspection method

2.1 Sampling 2% of each batch of products, and conduct trial assembly as required, but install at least two or two groups.

2.2 The appearance of the seat after assembly is determined by observation.

2.3 Measure the seat pitch, seat height, seat depth and seat of all installed seats.

2.4 The seat cushion flipping noise test, each flipping frequency shall not be less than five times.

2.5 Flexibility and reliability test can be turned back, each group shall not be less than three times.
